Please send all letters to Santa using the 'Write Letter' page, as he is very busy making all the toys and needs to be finished in time for Christmas !

Should you find that you need to contact Santa due to problems with your letter not arriving or for any other issues with this site, please use the email address below.

Some customers are reporting delays in receiving their letters delivered by Royal Mail. Please note that we are sending out the letters in good time. We would ask you to allow several days delay prior to enquiries, to allow for delivery.
