Can I print off my letter from a web page rather than have it emailed to me?
Yes, simply select 'web page' when asked for your chosen method of reply.
When your letter is displayed as a web page you can print it off or if you have a way of creating a PDF on your computer, you can turn it into a PDF.
All Santa asks is that you respect the service that he is offering here and act with the same generosity and festive spirit. Please remember that these letters are designed to be a gift to children, copyright will be broken if 'resale' or 'redistribution' of these letters occurs.
Can I save my web page reply from Santa to view again later ?
Santa is very sorry but he can't save the letters for you to view online again.
If you want to look at your reply again at a later date, please select the 'email' option, or print the letter out, while it is displayed on the screen.
The email looks exactly like the web page, the only difference is that it is sent direct to your email address.
Can I save the letter while I am writing it and return to it later?
We regret that we are unable to offer this service at present.
What happens to my email address and any other details like my child's name?
Nothing, we pledge here and now that we will never hand out your personal information to any 3rd party for any purpose.
After Christmas when Santa is tidying up, all data relating to your child will be deleted.
We will keep a record of emails sent to help with troubleshooting and making improvments to the site.

Can I email you my letter instead ?
Santa is expecting lots of letter requests and so has a whole department of Elves lined up ready to help him reply to you. You can email your letter to him. However it takes far longer for him to respond if you do contact him this way.
The system the elves have built for him ensures that you do not forget to add vital infomation that may prevent him from being able to respond in a timely manner. We recommend that you send your letter using the preferred method - click here to begin.
I did not get my email reply, what do I do now?

Please be aware that if you supplied us with an incorrect Address or Post Code a additional postal charge will be required for subsequent copies of the letter to be despatched to you.
My question is not listed here.
